Your online portal allowed me to book an appointment for today, which is Memorial Day. I planned my morning around this, only to find out (only because I called to confirm) that the clinic is closed today. I understand being closed, but why wouldn't you go to the trouble of blocking it on the calendar? It's also getting old having you change providers repeatedly in the last year. It doesn't build any confidence.

Mellissa ( front desk) goes above and beyond to take care of everything needed before you see the doctor. Dr Hall is kind, caring, knowledgeable , a good listener. She never rushes you. I moved from hixson area but I still drive to hixson location because of Melissa Hall.

The care and real treatment they give here is great. A few things I would change is setup the Solv app or website to help cut back on paperwork, patient wait time, patient scheduling and better payment options. This would streamline you business and keep patients happier..

I was very pleased with my visit. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the physician. Everyone was very nice and answered any question that I had. This was not the first visit I had. To say the least, my experience was so good that I made this my primary care doctor.

The staff are always friendly and courteous. There is only one thing that truly bothers me. It is all the paperwork that had to be filled out on each visit. Past medical history does not change and if something does change such as having an emergency or an address or name change the patient can always tell them when it occurs. To me all the paper work is a waste of my time and a total waste of paper. What happened to paperless records and transactions? I feel using so much paper is detrimental to the environment. Why dies Dr. Kerley insist on patients repeatedly giving the same information?! I do not understand this practice. This is the only primary care office I have ever been to that requires a patient to repeat their information so often.

Very professional office! The employees were all very friendly, and everything was explained to me in a way in which I was able to understand. I felt very confident about my diagnosis. Thanks for Cassy and Dr. Patty for making my experience on 7/24 a memorable one and helping me work through my many issues! Jimdiagnosis. It was interesting to see that none of the staff were wearing masks during my visit with the ongoing COVID pandemic. The nurse that did my initial intake and vitals was not personable and gave unclear instructions. Dr. John seemed very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Overall good experience.

Dr. Kerley is simply fantastic! He is extremely professional with a classy bedside manner and the receptionist, Deb, is very warm and accommodating. This office is amazing and in an amazing location beside the new Cycle Bar and across from the mall. What really floored me is the IV Therapy room-it's like a little spa! I would definitely recommend Dr. Kerley and any of his team. He has several locations and if you have any kind of concern about your visit Dr. Kerley actually handles every message himself. You can tell he really cares:-) Thanks Dr. Kerley!!

As a new patient walk in seeking to establish primary care, I thought I'd have to make an appointment ahead of time to be seen. No, the whole process from the time I walked in until I was walking out took just over an hour. The staff were very professional and courteous. I saw the NP Ms Maxwell. She was very thorough, professional and exhibited genuine care. I was very happy with the entire experience. A+++

Overall great experience! The wait wasn’t long. Everyone was very caring and helpful. I was nervous about getting blood drawn but they were very patient with me, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything into details. Definitely recommend.

Excellent care! Honestly, I have the best primary care physician. She's been my Dr for years. I trust and respect her. She is out of town and I was unable to see her so I visited the clinic. All of the staff were kind, caring and knowledgeable! I was so sick and nervous. I can't thank them enough for seeing me today and the care they gave me.
