After working 23 years as a nurse, in various roles including a large majority in the Emergency Department, I chose to pursue a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I wanted to become more vested in the care and treatment of those that I served in the community. I can now further support my patients, and as part of a care team, I can deliver personalized, holistic care to each patient. I believe that the best way to provide high-quality patient care is to acknowledge each patient's individuality and meet them on their level. Care should be patient-focused with the patient at the center of decision-making. Health, wellness and illness should be viewed through the lens of the patient as a whole. Patient care should be holistic and compassionate with an emphasis on educating the patient while building a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and best evidenced-based practice. I enjoy all aspects of family medicine and in my spare time, I enjoy gardening, canning, cuddling with my dog, and spending time with my family, especially my husband.

Currently Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 11 years, 7 of those years has been ER provider with the Parkridge medical system. The Last 4 years has been in primary care with the last 3 years with Fast Access Healthcare working in Primary Care and Correctional Medicine. Prior nursing career is with both Parkridge medical system and Erlanger Medical center working in all the Critical care areas.

I have many hobbies that include woodworking and taking care of our horses, chickens and cats. My Family is the light of my life with my wife of 40+years, 3 boys and their wives with 4 grandchildren and grand dog. We love traveling and Camping with family and friends and have been to many different countries and states. Our Goal is to see all the National parks and have many checked off.

Vanderbilt graduate as a Family Nurse Practitioner. 15+ years as a Nurse Practitioner. Areas of practice include geriatrics, orthopedics and cardiology. I spend a lot of time with my Dad at his farm in Ooltewah. I love my 3 very large dogs and my home in Dayton, TN.

Donna Robinson is a Nurse Practitioner with 12 years experience in Family Practice and Urgent Care and is dedicated to providing high quality compassionate care to her patients in the community. Donna is Board Certified Family Nurse practitioner through AANP and holds a Masters of Science degree in nursing from Southern Adventist University where she graduated with honors. Prior to receiving her NP licensure she worked as a critical care Registered Nurse at Erlanger Trauma Center in Chattanooga, TN. In her spare time Donna enjoys being outdoors, Jeep riding in the mountains and spending time with her family as well as her little Shih Tzu dog Chance.

Patricia Geraghty is the trusted lead clinician who serves Fast Access patients at the Lifestyle Way location and also provides oversight and guidance to other providers who are within the company. She is known for her compassionate demeanor as well as her thoughtful and thorough approach to primary care. Patty’s extensive training and background is in internal medicine. After graduating from Touro College with her BS in Physician Assistant Studies she went on to work at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY for 15 years. During that time she also completed her MBA at Adelphi University. Seeking a better quality of life for herself and her family, she moved to the Chattanooga area where she rediscovered her love for primary care while working with Dr. Kerley. When she is not treating patients, Patty and her family enjoy spending time in the beautiful Chattanooga outdoors, as well as serving their church family.
